Installation procedure of steel structure engineering

1. Preparation for steel structure hoisting: before installation, check the foundation axis and elevation, the position of the embedded plate, and carry out the bonding, inspection and handover procedures for the embedded parts of concrete. The base shall meet the following requirements, and the strength of the foundation concrete shall meet the design requirements. Base axis and elevation reference points are accurate and complete. With embedded steel plate as the supporting surface of beam, the allowable deviation between the supporting surface and embedded plate should meet the requirements of the code. If the deviation exceeds the specified, it shall be eliminated as far as possible before hoisting, and the allowable deviation in the production of components shall meet the requirements of the specification. Prepare necessary slings, slings, wire ropes, weldors and labor protection supplies, prepare various specifications of iron pads and steel wedges to adjust the height of the member.

2. Connection and fixation of high-strength bolts: before assembling steel members, check flanging, burr, welding spatter, etc. The friction surface should be kept dry and tidy, and cannot work in the rain. Large hexagon head with high strength bolt specifications and bolt number. Its specification and bolt number should be consistent with the installation design drawing. The screw must be able to freely penetrate into the hole, and cannot be forcefully knocked or gas cut or expanded. The insertion direction should meet the requirements of the design drawings.

3. It usually takes some time from component assembly to fastening of bolts. In order to prevent the torque coefficient, elevation deviation, pre-tension and variation coefficient of the high-strength bolt coupling pair from changing, it is not allowed to use high-strength bolts as mounting bolts.

4. To fold and paste the connecting plate, it is necessary to spiral outward from the center of the bolt assembly in sequence, that is, tighten the constrained edges in sequence from the newly enlarged center of the node. In order to prevent the change of surface treatment layer of high-strength bolt connection pair from affecting the pre-tension, tightening should be completed on the same day. In order to reduce the difference between the pre-tension of high-strength bolts before screwing, there are two steps in the tightening process: initial screwing and final screwing. For large joints, if the number of bolts is large, it is necessary to increase the double screw.
