Fastener installation construction method and quality standard for steel structure engineering

Mainly applicable to steel structure installation of torsional shear type high strength bolts, ordinary bolts, large hexagon head high strength bolts, rivets, self-tapping nails, pull rivets, anchor bolts, shooting nails, anchor bolts and other fastening standard parts installation construction methods and quality standards; Before installation and construction, the main construction equipment and tools are ready; Before prefabrication, assembly, inspection and installation of all components, the unloading site and construction site shall be prepared according to the construction conditions; All the personnel who have seen the construction have participated in the construction technology disclosure, clear construction methods, construction procedures, quality standards, installation procedures, health and safety environmental protection technical requirements and finished product protection;

The construction monitor should be familiar with the construction standard atlas, drawings, construction and acceptance standards and specifications. The specifications, varieties and performance of the goods shall meet the current national product standards and design requirements, and the product quality certificate shall be available. The inspection report of torque coefficient and fastening shaft force (preload) should be provided with the box when the high-strength hexagon head bolt connection pair and torsional shear type high-strength bolt connection pair are delivered.

A) High-strength bolt joints shall be provided according to the packing case, on which the specification, batch number, quantity and production date shall be indicated. The outer surface of nuts, bolts and washers shall be protected by oil, free from rust and contamination by stolen goods, and the threads shall not be damaged;

B) When ordinary bolts are used as connecting bolts, when there are design requirements or doubts about their quality, the Z small tensile load of bolts should be re-checked, and 8 bolts of each specification should be randomly selected;

C) Re-check the torque coefficient of high-strength large hexagon head bolt connection pair, and issue the inspection report. Each batch of 8 sets of connections should be re-checked. After reinspection, the average torque coefficient of each set of 8 connecting pairs should be 0.110 ~ 0.150, and the standard deviation should be less than or equal to 0.010.

D) Torsional shear type high-strength bolt connection pairs shall be pre-stretched and re-tested, and an inspection report shall be issued.
