How to deal with the foundation of steel structure workshop

The steel structure plant has been completed, but it was found that the foundation works in the early stage were not good enough to bear the weight of the structure, how to do that? I think such steel structure company should be very few, but in case there is such a company, I think it can only be reinforced, all the steel structure column with I-steel or channel steel ring, forming a network. I think only in this way can we prevent the foundation of the factory from sinking in the future.

Plant ground practice, should be treated first foundation, and foundation treatment according to the geological situation.

I. Methods:

(3) According to the excavation center line, the excavation boundary line of the foundation pit shall be cast with white ash, and the excavation shall be conducted with the combination of manual and mechanical work. The excavated earthwork (excluding the backfill part of earthwork) shall be transferred to the designated storage yard by manual and mechanical work in time.

(4) After digging to the bedrock design elevation, it should contact the design, owner supervision and ground handling departments and other relevant units in time to determine the core sampling method (including the determination of core sampling quantity and location) and submit it for inspection, to ensure that the bearing capacity of the foundation meets the design requirements and ensure structural safety.

(5) After the acceptance of the foundation pit, the bottom should be sealed in time to prevent the foundation and rock face from being too long when exposed and affected by the degree of weathering, thus reducing the bearing capacity of the foundation; And depending on the groundwater situation, the cushion can be deliberately set into slope shape (less than 3%), leaving drainage parts, to ensure that there is no water when the foundation pit concrete is poured.
