Different projects may have different galvanizing requirements for reinforced truss floor slabs. The size of zinc content is related to the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the building bearing plate. The higher the zinc content, the better the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. At present, the zinc content commonly used on the market is generally between 40 ~ 70G, all with this thickness as the default value. But there are exceptions. For example, the project has special requirements, or the first-line steel plant production is generally around 80g.

The steel truss floor bearing plate is welded with steel bar and galvanized plate, among which the steel truss is formed by welding a large number of steel bars, mainly acting as the supporting force. Through years of experience, also revealed the advantages and disadvantages of the steel truss plate, the following by the truss floor manufacturers explain the advantages and disadvantages of the steel truss floor bearing plate and the scope of application.

First, the strength of the steel truss floor bearing plate is high, since the weight, the stiffness is large, especially suitable for the construction of super-long span, super-high, super-large buildings. Because of the large amount of steel bars, the steel truss bears unsupported span, so for the span of more than 4.5 meters of buildings, may produce large unsupported span, so it is recommended to choose the steel truss plate instead of floor bracing. The suitable span of the building lift plate is within 3.6 meters, which is cost-effective. The cost of more than 4.5 meters is more expensive than the steel truss plate, and the construction is relatively troublesome. Thirdly, the plate belongs to homogeneity, isotropy and ideal elastomer, which accords with the basic assumptions of general engineering mechanics. Since there are more steel bars, the steel truss plate is more suitable for buildings with a rising gravity of more than 1.5 tons. In addition, it is also suitable for industrial factories with low floors. This can avoid the disadvantage that the steel truss slab occupies a large number of cranes in high-rise buildings.

So what are the disadvantages of the reinforced truss floor bearing plate?

1, the span of 3.6 meters or less, the price of steel truss is not cheap.

2. The transportation cost of the reinforced truss floor bearing plate is high, and the overlapping end damage may occur in the long distance transportation process, so the construction site maintenance is required, which affects the installation schedule. The improvement of installation cost will affect the quality and construction safety.

3, good plastic, good toughness, can have a lot of deformation, can bear power load very well. Because in the construction process of the steel truss plate single plate weight is very heavy (two workers can not lift up, two building lifting plate can be lifted), so the use of lifting opportunity to affect other work, the installation cost is relatively high.

In general, for large and large steel structure, it is recommended to choose the steel truss floor bearing plate, the overall cost is lower, the construction period will be faster.
