1. Steel truss structure

The steel bar truss floor bearing plate combines the steel bar in the concrete plate with the construction formwork, forming a load-bearing member which can accept wet concrete dead weight and construction load in the construction stage of galvanized floor bearing plate, and acts as the lateral support of steel beam. In the service stage, the steel truss works with the concrete and receives the service load.

2. Use of data

(1) steel bar: the upper and lower strings are supplied by hot rolled steel bar HPB 235, HRB 400 or cold rolled ribbed steel bar 550; The belly rod is made of cold rolled round steel bar of 550 or 650 grades supplied by the plate. Hot rolled steel HPB 235 or HRB 335 for truss support reinforcement.

(2) Galvanized steel plate: 0.5mm thick galvanized steel plate is selected for the bottom die, and the amount of double-sided galvanized steel is 120~180gm/m.

(3) pin: in order to make concrete and steel beam can be effectively connected into all, in the steel beam is set up a pin, the use of special pin machine for construction.

3. Construction characteristics

Different from the previous construction method, the steel truss floor slab can be directly laid on the steel beam in the construction site, and then the concrete can be poured by simple steel engineering. The template does not need to erect wood mold and scaffolding, galvanized sheet at the bottom as a mold

Plate use, does not replace the stressed reinforcement, so there is no need to consider fire spraying and anti-corrosion protection and other problems, so the construction is convenient, can reduce the site reinforcement binding workload of about 70%, shorten the construction period and save money. In addition, the steel bars are evenly arranged, the distance between the upper and lower layers of steel bars and the thickness of concrete protective layer can be fully guaranteed, which creates favorable conditions for improving the construction quality of the floor slab.
