What are the precautions for the construction of stainless steel truss?

After dragging and positioning, the deformation and inert condition of the stainless steel truss should be checked to confirm that no deformation can be used

3, stainless steel truss steel bolt balls, rods and other structural accessories, should be lifted to the scaffold platform in batches. Shall not be piled up on the shelf platform in large quantities at a time, and shall be installed and transported along with hoisting

4, stainless steel truss platform operators should be as little as possible, not many people concentrated in a span of scaffolding during operation

5, in the stainless steel truss body installation steel bolt ball and rod operators should use rope, quan belt should be hung on the firm structure, installation personnel need to match tool bag and tool hook

6, stainless steel truss positioning drag or jacking operation, all equipment should be fixed firmly, the operation position should be set up a firm platform, and should be set up walking handrails or protective railings. No one shall remain on the stainless steel truss during hauling or jacking operations.

The cutting methods of stainless steel trusses are as follows:

1, CNC flame cutting: that is to say, with oxygen cylinder and gas mixture to carry out high temperature air oxidation and melting of steel, at this stage, commonly used gas, which is more reliable.

2, water knife cutting machine: the general use of high pressure water column to carry out cutting, high accuracy, often in some relatively thin, medium thickness, high precision steel cutting, high cost performance.

3, low temperature plasma arc cutting: according to the different steam body for different stainless steel truss cutting, cutting easy, faster, often used for cutting small and medium-sized steel.
