Why should the house use light steel structure to add layer?

Because of its bearing problems, many brick and concrete structures can not be solved. The use of light steel structure will be more stable, convenient construction management, high production and construction efficiency, short construction period, small cross-sectional area, light weight, the same reinforced concrete structure takes up more space, so light steel has more advantages in increasing the number of layers.

First of all, let's look at the technical requirements of the housing layer:

1. New houses must meet the requirements of architectural planning and be coordinated with existing houses and surrounding environment. Additions must match the facades, materials and colours of the original residential building.

2, before adding layer, there should be a special inspection unit for quality inspection, as the basis of adding layer design.

First, direct addition

This method is to directly increase the number of floors without changing the load-bearing system and the layout of the existing house. The type of structure, use of materials, etc. added later may or may not be the same as the existing house.

Advantages: small impact on the existing house, does not affect the normal use, low cost, short construction period.

Sencond, reinforcement method

A method of strengthening an existing dwelling and then adding layers on top of a light steel structure. In this way, the load-bearing capacity of existing houses is insufficient, so load-bearing walls and frame columns need to be strengthened to increase the load-bearing capacity and meet the needs of adding layers. This method can add about three floors to an existing house.

Often, light steel structures are simple to build and demolish, and built quickly. From start to finish decoration, less than a month can be completed. Compared with the brick-concrete structure that can be completed more than half a year, its time limit is indeed much shorter.
