Description

Steel structure buildings can be divided into five categories: light steel structure (including portal steel frame), heavy steel structure, multi-storey steel structure, space steel structure (including grid frame, lattice shell, space truss), and residential steel structure. Including two processes of factory production and on-site installation. The construction of steel structure is the process of hoisting and assembling the processed components to the predetermined position in the design according to a certain order, and then measuring and correcting, connecting and fixing, integrating them one by one and finally forming a structural system. The method is determined on-site according to the type of steel structure project. Manual arc welding is commonly used in construction site welding, and in special cases, argon tungsten arc welding and CO2 gas welding are used. Cutting method: Oxygen-acetylene flame cutting, grinding machine cutting.

The anti-corrosion requirements of steel structures are classified according to the industry. A type of steel structure workshop adopts ordinary anti-corrosion requirements, and a high-corrosion industry adopts different anti-corrosion requirements. For example, the chemical industry must adopt high-standard anti-corrosion requirements.
In the anti-corrosion technology of spraying aluminum and spraying zinc for steel structure, arc spraying is the most common application, and its application prospect is also wider. The anti-corrosion principle of arc spraying is to use arc spraying equipment to heat, melt, atomize and spray two charged metal wires (such as zinc, aluminum, etc.) to form an anti-corrosion coating.
  
 
 

 

It has a long corrosion resistance life and its corrosion resistance life can reach more than 50 years. At the same time, the anti-corrosion coating does not need any other anti-corrosion maintenance during the 30-year service period; for maintenance after 30 years, only the sealing coating needs to be brushed on the arc spraying layer; no need Re-spray to achieve one-time anti-corrosion, and the coating is durable and effective.
