PU Sandwich Panel, also known as clean panel, is a composite panel made of color-coated panels, stainless steel and other materials as the surface material. Because of its unique dust-proof, anti-static, anti-bacterial and other effects, it is widely used in electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, biology, Aerospace, precision instrument manufacturing and scientific research and other fields of purification engineering that have strict requirements on the indoor environment.

The polyurethane sandwich panels are connected by concealed nails, and the board surfaces are closely overlapped; the unique waterproof groove design can effectively prevent rainwater infiltration and avoid the phenomenon of cold bridges; the 40mm slope height greatly improves the bearing capacity of the roof panel and ensures the thermal insulation of the building. At the same time, it can effectively reduce the construction cost of customers, and the minimum roof slope can reach 3%;

PU Sandwich Panel is filled with rigid foamed polyurethane with high strength and stiffness. Factory automatic production, high flatness of the board, rich color of the baking paint coating, long-lasting color.

It has good sound absorption and can reduce the sound caused by the impact of rain and hail. It is green and environmentally friendly, does not contain formaldehyde, is not attacked by microorganisms, and can be recycled.
