The construction of steel truss floor bearing plate should pay attention to the problems: steel truss floor bearing plate hoisting should be light, not knock against, avoid the steel truss floor bearing plate change line. The loading and unloading and hoisting of the reinforced truss floor bearing plate are all carried out by the special hanger cooperation soft sling made of Angle steel or channel steel. The steel cable shall not be used to directly lift the reinforced truss floor bearing plate, so as to avoid the extrusion deformation of the steel cable in the process of lifting and affecting the construction.

The advantage of a steel frame is the greater distance between struts. Generally in the construction of flip, the latter often need to add temporary support between the beams, and the distance can be only three meters, the gap between the two stand out. Steel truss floor bearing plate manufacturers spend less time on fixed time, and can greatly reduce the influence of wind on construction.

The thicker the thickness of the steel truss floor bearing plate is, the greater the span it can withstand, usually reaching 5 meters. What needs to be added is that the floor bearing plate processed by galvanized sheet 1.2mm is used here. The most widely used thickness and 0.8mm and 1.0mm galvanized sheet pressed into the floor plate, of course, can withstand the large span as long as 2-4 meters.

The function of the floor slab formed by the reinforced truss floor slab is basically the same as that of the cast-in-place concrete floor slab, so there is no need to meet the requirements of the service life of the building, and th en there is no need to consider the cost of late maintenance. The mechanical function is basically the same as that of the traditional cast-in-place slab, the crack resistance of the slab is good, and the fire resistance of the slab is equal to that of the traditional cast-in-place slab, which is superior to the composite and non-composite slab of the profiled steel plate.
