Introduction of common anticorrosion technology for steel structure

1. Hot dip galvanized anticorrosion method

2. Paint anticorrosion method

The construction cost of paint anticorrosion method is lower, but the cost of outdoor protection is higher, and the anticorrosion effect is not good, so it is more used for indoor steel structures or outdoor steel structures that are relatively easy to protect. In practical engineering, the first pure zinc powder dissolved in solvents, additives and film forming materials and constitute a zinc rich primer, and then it is coated to the anti-corrosion workpiece, after forming a film to solidify on the surface of the workpiece, and then block the corrosion medium immersion.
