Welding h-beam structure under high temperature environment, when the bearing capacity and deformation can not meet the requirements, by taking measures to reduce the stress level in the high frequency welded steel components, increases welding h-beam structure material under high temperature strength, raise the section stiffness of components or lower the temperature of the component in high temperature environment to meet the requirements. For the welded H - shaped steel structure working in high temperature environment for a long time, the expansion type fireproof coating should not be used as the heat insulation protection measure.

Structures exposed to high temperature should take the following protective measures according to different conditions:

When the surface of welded H-shaped steel structure is exposed to heat radiation for a long time up to 150℃ or may be affected by flame in a short time, effective protective measures (such as adding heat insulation layer or water jacket) should be adopted. When the welded H-beam structure may be affected by hot molten metal, it shall be protected by an insulating layer made of brick or heat resistant material. The heat insulation protection measures of welded H-beam structure should be durable under the corresponding working environment and compatible with the anti-corrosion and fire protection measures of welded H-beam structure.
